The holders of the Bulgarian Cup Cherno More surprisingly claimed the country's Supercup on Wednesday.
The team from Varna defeated the reigning football champion Ludogorets with 1:0 and won its first ever Supercup.
Brazilian Defender Junior Caicara Joins Schalke 04 from Bulgaria's Ludogorets
Brazilian defender Junior Caicara made a prominent step in his career by joining German club Schalke 04 after spending three seasons at Bulgaria's reigning football champion Ludogorets.
Caicara, who joined Ludogorets back in 2012, signed a three-year contract until 30 June 2018, the website of Schalke informs.
Bulgaria's Levski PFC Changes Owner
Bulgarian businessman Todor Batkov has announced he is transferring all his shares in the Levski football club to three shareholders.
The ownership of Levski, which was not until long ago one of Bulgaria's best-known and most professional football teams, will be in the hands of Ivo Tonev, Aleksandar Angelov, and Nikolay Ivanov.

Vasil Bozhkov Takes Over Bulgaria's CSKA Football Club Again
CSKA, until recently one of Bulgaria's top football teams, will be part of A Regional Football Group, businessman Vasil Bozhkov has said.
At a meeting with the official union of CSKA fans, Bozhkov reiterated that the team will not be part of the A Professional Football Group in the immediate future.
