Juncker: No talk of third Greek bailout
EU Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker on Monday quashed same-day reports of a third bailout for Greece, essentially ending speculation from a statement by the Spanish FinMin.
The latter claimed that eurozone members were discussing a bailout of between 30 and 50 billion euros.
"There are no talks about that," Juncker said in Berlin.

Prince William swaps royal notes with Japan emperor
Britain's Prince William compared royal notes with Japan's imperial family on Febç 27 in the tradition-laden Imperial Palace that dominates central Tokyo.

Juncker to Tsipras: "Don't assume the eurozone will accept your plans!"

Kerry hugs Hollande, says shares France's pain
Secretary of State John Kerry clasped French President Francois Hollande in a warm embrace Jan. 16 and said the US shared France's pain after its deadliest attack in half a century.
In an unusual move, Hollande trotted down the steps of the Elysee Palace to greet Kerry, who hugged the French president in front of a phalanx of photographers.

George Papandreou bounces back
The last time I saw George Papandreou was here in Istanbul exactly two years ago. He had come to Turkey to be a guest speaker at the annual meeting of the Global Relations Forum (GRF) and delivered a speech in the offices of Rumvader, the association of Greek-Orthodox foundations, in the vicinity of Aghia Triada Church in Taksim.
