A change in weather is expected starting tomorrow (Dec 20), which will be in two successive waves.

Specifically, according to meteorologists’ forecasts, heavy rain, thunderstorms and snow in mountainous areas are expected.

The weather on December 20 is expected to be predominantly sunny across Bulgaria. In the valleys, patches of fog or low clouds may linger in the morning, but visibility is likely to improve later in the day. Temperatures will range between -2°C and 3°C in the morning, with highs reaching 8°C to 15°C.

The temperature will start to rise from today, and the weather will be good until Thursday. However, new showers from the west will arrive on Friday, and on Saturday, the phenomenon will spread to almost the whole country, according to meteorologists.

On December 5, Bulgaria will experience varied weather conditions across different regions. In the eastern part of the country, light rain showers are expected, with rain spreading toward the western areas as the day progresses. A light to moderate east-northeasterly wind will prevail, and visibility may be reduced in some plains areas during the morning hours.

The weather will change scenery from tomorrow (29/11), as the weather is expected to worsen, with rain, snow and a drop in temperature.

Showers and thunderstorms combined with a drop in temperature are expected this coming weekend, according to meteorologists’ forecasts.

The weather will change from Friday, when the phenomena will start, as localized showers are expected in western northwestern Greece.

On October 27, when we switch to winter time, we'll enjoy pleasant autumn weather with temperatures above the seasonal average.

Early in the morning, it will be chilly, with minimum temperatures ranging between 2° and 7°C in most of Bulgaria.

The weather will be generally clear today Monday and only in the east local clouds are forecast with occasional showers in the early morning hours in Thrace and until early afternoon in the eastern Aegean islands, the Dodecanese and possibly in the northern Cyclades.
