This has been stated by European Commission spokeswoman Maja Kocijancic on the eve of a new round of technical dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina delegations, which begins later in the afternoon in Brussels and will last until Wednesday.
Expert level Kosovo dialogue resumes in Brussels
The topics should include implementation of agreements on the Community of Serb Municipalities, energy, the bridge in Kosovska Mitrovica, freedom of movement and integrated management of administrative crossings.

Brussels Agreement is dead?
More than five years we have been trying to reach the peace and solution for Kosovo-Metohija issue, said Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.
Speaking to the nation, on the day of the pogrom in Kosovo, he said that the first six out of total 15 points in the Brussels Agreement are dedicated to the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO).

That's according to Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti, which adds that "the package" could be presented to Serbian officials on Wednesday, when US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Wess Mitchell will visit Pristina, and then Belgrade.

Dacic: Pristina may be abandoning dialogue
BELGRADE - Serbian FM Ivica Dacic believes a decision by the so-called government of Kosovo not to implement an agreement on establishment of the Community of Serb Municipalities could be understood as Pristina's decision to abandon the Brussels dialogue.
Belgrade could now consider suspending all agreements reached in Brussels to date, Dacic told Sputnik.

US Ambassador: There is no reason for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue to fall into crisis
US Ambassador Kyle Scott said that he does not see the reason for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue to fall into crisis and assessed that the internal dialogue on Kosovo and Metohija is progressing.
Minister warns Serbs could collapse government in Pristina
Serbian Defense Minister Aleksandar Vulin said this on Friday.
"If they are not able to keep their word, let them go to the polls," Vulin told TV Pink.
He added that there would be no more talks on what has already been agreed, and no renegotiations about the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO.)
