PARIS - Serbia and the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) signed in Paris on Thursday a grant agreement that will see the country get 755,000 euros in assistance for refugees and migrants.

A contract was signed in Paris on Thursday between representatives of Serbia and the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB).

The Council of Europe Development Bank will provide funds to help Montenegro build houses for wartime refugees who have been in temporary accommodation for over 15 years.
