Greece and Israel foil Iran-backed Athens terror attack
Greek authorities foiled an Iranian-backed terrorist attack on Jews and Israelis in Athens earlier this week with Mossad's assistance, which helped identify the connection between the local terror cell in Greece and Iran's broader global terror operations.
Athens police crack bank safe box heist
Police say they have identified three members of an international crime gang who were behind the theft of the contents five safe deposit boxes from an Athens bank in July 2022.
The robbery took place in July 2022 in the Nea Smyrni suburb.
International prosecuting authorities also contributed to the investigation.

Police crack down on human trafficking ring
Police have launched a crackdown on an organized crime group involved in human trafficking and document forgery across various regions in Greece.
So far, the operation involving approximately 200 police officers in Athens, Thessaloniki, and Ilia in the Peloponnese has led to the arrest of 36 suspects.

Police disperse university sit-in, 10 arrested
Greek police officers on Thursday morning arrested 10 people who took part in a sit-in inside the main building of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA) to protest a deadly train collision on Feb. 28.

Kosovo Guerrilla Chiefs’ Landmark Trial: What are the Charges?
On trial alongside Thaci will be Kadri Veseli, a former Kosovo parliamentary speaker and leader of Kosovo Democratic Party, PDK, Jakup Krasniqi, the chairman of the national council of the Social Democratic Initiative, NISMA party, and Rexhep Selimi, who was the head of the Vetevendosje party's parliamentary group of MPs at the time of his arrest.

The operation is against usury and the distribution of drugs. Persons with criminal record are checked.

Russian ambassador summoned as indictment against spies final
The Foreign Ministry has summoned the Russian ambassador after the indictment against two alleged Russian spies who were apprehended in Slovenia in December last year became final and the pair were remanded in custody.
Montenegro Senior Police Official Arrested for Alleged Crime Ties
