Ljubljana – Minister for Digital Transformation Mark Boris Andrijanič received on Thursday his Montenegrin counterpart Tamara Srzentić. Ljubljana – Presenting his bid to the parliamentary Home Affairs Committee, Mark Boris Andrijanič, the candidate for minister without portfolio for digital transformation, said he would strive to realise as many of the recently unveiled digitalisation proposals as possible. Digitalisation is key for becoming a modern country, he stressed.

Brussels – The Covid-19 pandemic having accelerated the digital transformation, one of the pillars of the recovery of Europe’s economies, digital services and artificial intelligence (AI) have become major priorities for the bloc. Slovenia’s EU presidency hopes to achieve progress on these dossiers.

Ljubljana – Public Administration Minister Boštjan Koritnik emphasised the role of connectivity in a successful digital transformation, as he addressed the Regional Forum for Europe on Meaningful Connectivity, organised by International Telecommunication Union with the support of his ministry.
