Olympic medalists receive diplomatic passports
Ivica Dacic on Thursday ceremonially awarded diplomatic passports to Serbian Olympic medalists in individual events at the London and Rio Games.
The foreign minister thus made them goodwill ambassadors, Tanjug reported.

Romanian President Recalls Ambassador to Bulgaria
Romanian President Klaus Iohannis has recalled the country's ambassador to Sofia Anton Pacuretu.
Pacuretu is one of fourteen ambassadors, who were recalled with a decree signed by Iohannis on Tuesday.
Pacuretu has served as Romanian ambassador in Bulgaria since 2009.

Obama Nominates Eric Rubin as New US Ambassador to Bulgaria
US President Barack Obama has put forward the name of Eric Rubin as Washington's next Ambassador to Bulgaria, a White House message shows.
If Rubin is later confirmed, Bulgaria will be his first-ever ambassadorial appointment.
US envoy for Syria holds talks in Turkey
U.S. special envoy for Syria Michael Ratney held talks with Turkish Foreign Ministry officials on Sept. 14 in Ankara on issues about the war-torn Syria, according to diplomatic sources.
Ratney was appointed to his position in July and had previously worked for the State Department in the Middle East.
