Following the announcement of the official election results in Bulgaria, it has become evident that 21 votes were missing for the "Greatness" party, preventing them from entering parliament. However, an investigation by the Bulgarian National Television (BNT) revealed that at least 28 votes originally meant for "Greatness" were reallocated to other parties.

For the upcoming early elections in Bulgaria, 719 polling stations will be set up in 57 countries. Today marks the deadline for Bulgaria's diplomatic and consular officials to finalize their formation.

The Bulgarian Central Election Commission (CEC) has commenced accepting online applications for voting abroad starting at midnight, as announced on Tuesday. This online submission period for the upcoming October 27 election will close at the end of October 1.

In the upcoming runoffs of mayoral elections on Sunday, Bulgaria is set to (re)introduce the use of voting machines, following the Central Electoral Commission's (CEC) reception of a certification report signed by the Bulgarian Minister of Electronic Management, Alexander Yolovski, along with the heads of the Bulgarian Institute for Standardization and The Institute of Metrology.
