The reason for their resignations, as the newspaper unofficially learns, are "deep and insurmountable differences with the leadership of the SNP related to the directions of action of that party, which, as the source said, are going to the right and damaging the image of the civil party, which in essence was the SNP".

Slovenian community secures one seat in Friuli Venezia Giulia council

Marko Pisani has been elected to the Friuli Venezia Giulia Regional Council as the only member of the Slovenian ethnic minority to make it to the legislative assembly of this Italian region. The other Slovenian councillor, Danilo Slokar, failed to get re-elected in the regional elections on 2 and 3 April.

A question for Trivan: When will the law on climate change be presented ?

League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina (LSV) has called on Minister of Environment Goran Trivan to announce when the Bill on Climate Change will be presented to the Serbian Parliament.
LSV in a statement reminds the minister that he personally announced the adoption of the law by the end of 2018, then by half, and then by the end of 2019.

Minister responds to proposal to form "Vojvodina police"

"I hope that no kind of Vojvodina police will ever exist," Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic said on Monday in the Serbian National Assembly.

This was his response to an amendment submitted by the opposition League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina (LSV) to the Law on Police, by which the party proposed the formation of "the Vojvodina police."
