Dacic: Serbs should serve their sentence in Serbia
BELGRADE - Serbia's First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic met Monday with the prosecutor of the newly established Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals (MICT) Hassan Jallow, and underlined that more convicted Serbian citizens should serve their sentence in Serbia.

MICT Prosecutor Jallow to arrive in Serbia on Sunday
THE HAGUE - Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals (MICT) Prosecutor Hassan Bubacar Jallow will arrive in Serbia on Sunday on an official visit, and then proceed to Sarajevo and Zagreb.
On September 9, Jallow will travel from Belgrade to Sarajevo, and then to Zagreb on September 12, the MICT's press office stated in a release on Tuesday.
First electoral list for national councils announced
SUBOTICA - The list of the Alliance of Backi Bunjevci (SBB), headed by Mirko Bajic, is the first electoral list to be announced for the upcoming republic level elections for national minority councils taking place in Serbia on October 26, the SBB has said in a release.

Bulgaria's Poet Valeri Petrov Dies
Bulgaria's poet, playwright, script writer and translator Valeri Petrov passed away at the age of 94 in Sofia Military Hospital on Wednesday, reports the Bulgarian National Radio.
In the past few days he was in a coma the intensive care unit of the hospital, after suffering a massive stroke in the end of last week.
