Bulgaria: Will Masks Become Mandatory at School?
An order for additional anti-epidemic measures is expected in schools across the country. It will oblige teachers and all students above the primary school to wear protective masks at school. At the moment, they are only recommended.

Mask rule being relaxed somewhat
Ljubljana – The government has somewhat relaxed the mask wearing rule at Wednesday’s session. The masks will thus no longer be needed in indoor public places where food and drinks are being served or in situations and settings when everyone is immunised against Covid either through vaccination or recovery.

Covid pass mandate slightly relaxed
Ljubljana – The Covid pass mandate has been relaxed starting on Friday, with the requirement waived for those working from home and those filling up their cars as long as they do not enter the interior of petrol stations.

Restrictions tightened under near-universal Covid pass mandate
Ljubljana – Nearly all employees and users of services will have to comply with the vaccinated-recovered-tested rule, known in Slovenia by its PCT acronym, under a new regulation which the government adopted on Saturday and which becomes effective on 15 September.

Bulgarian Schools Will Switch to Remote Learning if 10% of Students Contract Coronavirus
Students from the 1st to the 4th grade will not wear masks in class. Masks are not mandatory for preschool groups, the Ministry of Education has announced.

Students up to and including 4th grade will not wear masks during class. Masks will also not be mandatory for pre-school children in schools. However, classrooms will need to be ventilated at least twice an hour for at least one minute.
