In a "dark red" scenario, only kindergartens with 100% vaccinated or post-sick staff will work.
Kindergarten children will not wear protective face masks, regardless of age. A child may wear a protective mask there only at the recommendation of a doctor or at the request of a parent.

To enter Slovenia more stringent measures will be introduced
All transit passengers must present proof of vaccination, a medical report showing that they have had a virus or a negative test to enter the country.
"From August 23, transit through Slovenia will no longer be possible without meeting the PCT conditions," the government said in a statement after the session held last night.
Vaccinated Small Business Personnel without Mandatory Masks from Today
As of today, vaccinated employees against COVID-19 will not be required to wear masks at their workplaces, according to an Order by Health Minister Stoycho Katsarov signed on Tuesday (July 6th).
However, this Order revoked same relief for cured employees who were ill and they should continue to wear masks.

England will move into a period without legal restrictions where the public will have to exercise "personal responsibility" including on face masks, the housing secretary has said.
The next stage in the easing of Covid measures would be about personal choice and he would not choose to wear a face mask.
