What is happening with the government and environmental protection is a paradox. The prime minister realizes how important the issue is and is not afraid to put the brakes on where necessary.

At the same time, however, government officials either act as facilitators, or support the opinion that construction should be extended to the entire country.

BRUSSELS - Any change of format in the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue - including US involvement - must also be supported by Serbia, Brussels announced Tuesday.

The EU is a facilitator in the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue and it is up to the two sides to agree on the content, format, pace and agenda, European Commission spokesperson Maja Kocijancic told Tanjug.

In international relations, perception matters. The foreign policy conduct of a country is not only a mirror of its domestic order and harmony but also its image maker in the international community. The image of a country is very much in line with the way it is perceived. Therefore, perception matters.
