Fatal dog attacks in the United States

In Burgas, a pit bull without a muzzle attacked a woman and fatally injured her small dog, a pinscher. The incident occurred on Monday in one of the central districts. The pit bull, walked by a young man, knocked the woman down before attacking her pet, which died instantly. The man fled the scene after the attack.

A license system should be applied for pit bull dogs, according to a recent meeting of parliament's Animal Rights Research Commission.
