Mastermind of Paris attacks dead, prosecutor says
The suspected mastermind of the Paris attacks, Abdelhamid Abaaoud, has been identified among the dead of Saint Denis raid, as French public prosecutor announced on Thursday.
A day after a raid conducted by French police forces , authorities announced that one of the terrorists killed is Abdelhamid Abaaoud . His body was found in the building in northern Paris.

This is the close associate of N17 terrorist Xiros
According to police authorities, the 39 year old arrested with code name "Iasonas" was a close associate of N17 terrorist Christodoulos Xiros and member of terrorist organization "Pirines".
He was arrested on Saturday morning, after his fingerprints and DNA was identified on bombs and organization hideouts.

Police identify second suspect linked to writer's murder
Police investigating the murder last month of author Menis Koumandareas Wednesday made public the name and photograph of a second Romanian national implicated in the 83-year-old?s killing as additional details about the attack became known.
Police ID dismembered, charred body found in Athens dumpster
Police on Friday were questioning the family and friends of an 85-year-old man whose body was found dismembered and burned in a dumpster in the western Athenian suburb of Aegaleo on Wednesday.
The man was identified through dental records by a coroner late on Thursday and police ascertained that the 85-year-old Aegaleo resident had been reported missing by his daughter.
DNA link to three suspects sought for Distomo raid
The fingerprints and DNA of three suspects being sought in connection with an audacious bank robbery in Distomo, in the prefecture of Viotia, in August have been found in an apartment in Nea Makri, northeast of Athens, which is believed to have been used as a hideout by the robbers, and on a speedboat the perpetrators used as part of their getaway, police said on Tuesday.
