Russian air strikes hit several buildings in the central Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih early Tuesday, leaving "dead and wounded", local authorities said as drone and missile attacks were reported in Kyiv and other cities.

Director of Bulgaria's Air Traffic Services Authority Replaced Overnight
Bulgaria's caretaker Transport Minister Nikolina Angelkova replaced the Director of the State Enterprise "Air Traffic Services Authority" (BULATSA) late on Monday.
Angelkova removed from office Tsvetan Dilov, appointed head of BULATSA in September 2013, replacing him with Georgi Peev, an official of BULATSA since 2000, according to reports of the BGNES news agency.

MOSCOW -- A group of Serb volunteers Tuesday said they "repelled an offensive of pro-Kiev military forces, who attempted overnight to break through to a vital highway."
RIA Novosti noted in its report that the volunteers are "helping the Donetsk militia to fight government troops in eastern Ukraine."
