Putin declares gas discount for Turkey, issues warning on South Stream

Turkey and Russia have signed fresh documents in a bid to boost already growing ties. The highlight of Russian President Putin's press conference with his Turkish counterpart Erdoğan was his announcement of six percent discount in natural gas prices for exports to Turkey, as well as his warning for South Stream pipeline.

Pope hopes for opening of Turkey-Armenia border

Turkey-Africa Cooperation Summit set to begin

The final preparations are being made for the second Turkey-Africa Cooperation Summit, which will run from Nov. 19-21 in Malabo, the capital of Equatorial Guinea.

Around 200 business leaders and a delegation led by Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan with Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu will attend the summit. Leaders from many countries in Africa have also been invited.
