Kosovo: Albanians accused of attacking Serbian police freed

The Basic Court in Gjilane in Kosovo has set free nine men accused of attacking the Serbian police checkpoint in Dobrosin in 2012, wounding one officer.

Tanjug said this on Thursday, citing the Pristina-based Albanian language daily Gazeta Express as reporting that the court found "no evidence that they carried out the attack."

Trump to Visit Poland

US president Donald Trump will "almost certainly" visit Poland on July 6 and participate in TriSea Countries Forum held in Wroclaw on July 6-7, according to Gazeta Wyborcza sources' reports on the information shared with ambassadors of Central European countries at a meeting in Polish president's chancellery, The Warsaw Voice reported.

Romania Probes Alleged Hospital Disinfectant Scam

Prosecutors from the High Court of Cassation and Justice announced on Wednesday that they have launched an investigation into the alleged purchase of substandard hospital disinfectants.

They said they were probing "the criminal offences of the obstruction of disease control and of the forgery and substitution of food or other products".
