NOVI SAD - The Democratic Party (DS), the League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina (LSV) and the New Democratic Party (NDS) reached an agreement on Monday concerning the reshuffle of the government in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.

NOVI SAD -- Leader of the opposition DS party Bojan Pajtić says he is not considering stepping down as head of the provincial government in Vojvodina.
According to him, "this will not happen."
He made the comments for Tanjug in response to some media reports that said he was going to leave the position.

NOVI SAD - Leaders of the League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina (LSV) Nenad Canak, Alliance of Vojvodina Hungarians (SVM) Istvan Pastor and New Democratic Party (NDS) Boris Tadic agreed that changes to the constitutional and legal position of the Serbian province of Vojvodina are needed.

BELGRADE -- Bojan Pajtić has been elected the new president of the Democratic Party (DS), replacing its former leader Dragan Đilas, his sole rival in the party election.
A total of 1,461 delegates backed Pajtić at the party's electoral assembly meeting on Saturday, while 1,277 voted for Đilas, former Belgrade mayor.

SPO expects dismissal of Vojvodina government president
NOVI SAD - Zika Gojkovic, deputy president of the Serbian Renewal Movement (SPO), stated on Sunday that he expects an initiative for dismissal of President of the Government of Vojvodina Bojan Pajtic to be introduced soon.
This would be followed by a reshuffle of the Vojvodina government, and provincial elections would not be held this year, Gojkovic told Novi Sad-based Dnevnik.
