The police in the town of Apatin in northern Serbia are looking for a man suspected of throwing a hand grenade at three minors.

Two of the teenagers sustained serious injuries during the incident that took place in a Roma settlement.

An explosion outside a police station in Macedonia's capital Skopje has damaged three cars parked nearby, MIA news agency reported on Thursday.

There were no reports of injuries from the blast that occurred overnight near a police station at Skopje's Aerodrom neighbourhood. 

Two hand grenades found in a bag left next to a dumpster at the bus station in Mataruska Banja (spa) have been safely disposed of.

This has been confirmed by the head of the Emergency Situations Sector in nearby Kraljevo, Radoica Kocovic.

One person passed away and four others were severely injured during a blast at the military polygon Anevo, as reported by BGNES.

Mayor of the nearby town of Sopot, Veselin Lichev has stated that the one person passed away is not a Bulgarian resident. 

According to preliminary information, a hand grenade has exploded during military training in the region.

SABAC - Members of the Interior Ministry's Emergency situation sector destroyed the 18 leftover artillery grenades from World War II in the village of Bela Reka near Sabac on Tuesday.

JAJCE - Two persons were injured when a hand grenade exploded in the village of Vlasinje near Jajce while they were farming the land, the Central Bosnian Canton police have released in a statement.

After receiving the medical treatment at the Health Center, the injured have been discharged and will be receiving home health care.
