The exhibition "Graphic art masterpieces. Henri Matisse" premiered at the Bucharest Noblesse Palace and can be visited until June 7, the Romanian organizers announced at a recent press conference.

National Museum holds exhibition at airport
BELGRADE - An exhibition entitled Art Tour, which is made up of highest quality reproductions of the masterpieces included in the collection of the National Museum in Belgrade, will be opened at Nikola Tesla Airport on March 27.

Five Monet paintings sell for $84 million in London
Five paintings by French impressionist Claude Monet, including his famous 1908 "Le Grand Canal" view of Venice, sold for a total of $84 million (73 million euros) in a London auction on Feb. 3.
"Le Grand Canal", a hazy blue-and-green view of the banks of the Italian city painted at the peak of Monet's career, sold for $35.6 million (31.4 million euros).
Matisse's ‘Jazz’ Cut-Outs Come to Belgrade
The Art Thriller 2014 season at the New Moment gallery in Belgrade has been one of the best in recent memory. After an exhibition featuring works from the king of Pop Art, Andy Warhol, and a series of photography exhibitions featuring some of the most famed erotic works by Helmut Newton, the season closes with images from Henri Matisse's famed ‘Jazz' series.

Henri Matisse's Jazz in New Moment Gallery as of Thursday
BELGRADE - Following the exhibitions of works by Andy Warhol and Helmut Newton, the Belgrade-based New Moment Gallery will host an exhibition dedicated to renowned Henri Matisse, which will be the last one of the Art Thriller 2014 project.
