France 'Postpones' Warship Delivery To Russia
France has officially "postponed" the delivery of the first of two warships, ordered by Russia, reports BBC.
French President Francois Hollande said the reason was Moscow's recent actions in Ukraine.
France had until now resisted pressure to halt the delivery, saying it had to respect an existing contract. Failing to deliver, could cost France EUR 1 B.

Four NATO Warships 'Heading for Black Sea'
Four vessels of the Alliance are approaching the Black Sea, military-diplomatic sources say.
Reports cited by Russian agency ITAR-TASS suggest the warships are US Destroyer USS Ross, French aviso Commandant Birot (F 796), Canadian frigate HMCS Toronto, Spanish air-defense Almirante Juan de Borbon (F-102).

Putin comment on 'taking Kiev in two weeks' taken out of context: Aide
A reported comment by President Vladimir Putin that Russia could capture Ukraine's capital Kiev within two weeks was taken out of context, Itar-Tass news agency quoted a Kremlin foreign policy aide as saying on Sept. 2.
It quoted Yuri Ushakov as saying that whether or not those words were spoken, the quote "was taken out of context and had a totally different meaning."
Russian Humanitarian Convoy Enters Ukraine
A convoy of lorries from Russia are entering Ukrainian territory, the Foreign Ministry in Moscow has announced.
The vehicles have not been granted Kiev's permission to cross the border.
In its statement [RU], the ministry says that the convoy is heading to Luhansk and warns Ukraine against any actions it could take to stop the trucks.
