UN kicks off int’l campaign to raise awareness on violence against women
An international campaign that aims to raise awareness on what to do as a witness in the event of violence against women and girls has been kicked off with the initiative of a United Nations body on Nov. 25.
Parliament lights up to mark day for elimination of violence against women
The Greek Parliament was lit up in orange on Wednesday evening to mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.
As part of the initiative, the slogan "No to violence" was projected on part of the facade.
