International rankings of Thailand

Istanbul has ranked 15th among the cities with the most traffic in the world, according to a new report by transportation analytics firm INRIX. Among European countries, on the other hand, Istanbul ranked fourth in terms of worst traffic.

Greece ranks as the joint-fifth most miserable economy in 2018, according to the forecasts made in Bloomberg's Misery Index.

The annual index examines inflation and unemployment outlooks for 66 economies. It ranks Greece joint-fifth with Turkey, with a "misery" value of 20.6 points. Greece was the sixth most miserable economy in 2017, with 22.7 points.

Statista examines the best university experience from around the world. The QS Best Student Cities 2015 report assesses cities based on several factors including their “student mix”, “desirability” and “employer activity”.

Turkey may be one of the best countries to dig into one of the oldest dilemmas of economics: Does the country need to reach higher economic growth rates or maintain more sustainable development rates? 

London still reigns supreme on the annual MasterCard Global Destinations Cities Top 10 Index, although Asian cities are catching up.
Bangkok remains number two with 18.24 million international overnight visitors and is catching up to the British capital.
