Turkish authorities identify five suspects in connection with Russian envoy's murder: Report

The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has identified five suspects in connection with the murder of Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrey Karlov and is pursuing the possibility that one of the five might have ordered the assassin police officer to kill the envoy, daily Yeni Şafak reported on June 12.

Turkey takes precautions against possible ISIL attack on Russian warships passing through Bosphorus Strait

Authorities in Istanbul have taken security measures against a possible Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) attack on Russian warships passing through Istanbul's Bosphorus Strait.  

Some 146 spots that ISIL militants could stage missile attacks from were determined and control points were established, daily Habertürk reported on May 16.
