Russian Forces Launch Intercontinental Missile and Bomb Residential Area in Ukraine

On the morning of November 21, 2024, Russian forces launched a series of missile attacks on the city of Dnipro, targeting businesses and critical infrastructure. Between 05:00 and 07:00, an intercontinental ballistic missile was fired from Russia's Astrakhan Oblast, while a MiG-31K fighter jet launched a Kh-47M2 Kinzhal air-launched missile from Tambov Oblast.

Russia launched ballistic missile against Ukraine, Kiev says

 

Russia has fired an ballistic missile from the Astrakhan region against Ukraine, the Ukrainian Air Force said Thursday morning.

According to the same statement, in the wave that occurred between 5 and 7 this morning, the Dnipro area was targeted.

In addition to the Kh-47M2 Kinzhal ballistic missile , the Russian forces fired seven Kh-101 cruise missiles.

Night Assault: Ukraine Reports Drone and Missile Attacks Across Six Regions

Ukraine military raises air alerts, warns of missile threat

Ukraine's military raised air alerts nationwide on Tuesday, warning there was a threat of missile strikes from Russian bombers.

"Missile danger in areas where the air alert is on! Threat of launching cruise missiles from Tu-95MS aircraft. A total of 16 Tu-95MS strategic bombers are in the air," the air force said on Telegram.

A new threat is coming from Russia: "We will present - for the first time..."

"As for the new products, at the Army-2022 Forum, we will show for the first time the Kh-69 multi-purpose low-profile high-precision cruise missile," the corporation announced. The Kh-69 missile is designed to destroy a wide range of stationary ground targets with coordinates known before launch, including those without radar, infrared and optical contrast with the environment.
