Talks on sale of Yapı Kredi Bankası shares terminated

Koç Holding has announced that discussions for the sale of shares in its banking unit Yapı Kredi Bankası have been terminated.

Preliminary discussions were ongoing regarding the sale of our shares in our subsidiary Yapi ve Kredi Bankası, the Turkish conglomerate said in a filing with Borsa Istanbul.

Turkey’s most technologically advanced brands unveiled

Data analytics company NielsenIQ Turkey has identified Turkey's most technological brands in 26 categories by conducting online surveys.

Koç Holding's Arçelik received "Turkey's Most Technological Domestic Brand" and "the Most Technological Brand of the COVID-19 Era" awards, whereas Garanti BBVA was chosen as the most technological bank.

Project for parents: Improve communication within family

One of the leading Turkish conglomerates, Koç Holding's subsidiary, KoçSistem; which offers digitalization solutions to Turkey's leading brands, has launched a social responsibility project in collaboration with its education partner, Mother Child Education Foundation (AÇEV), urging parents to turn all screens off between 7 p.m. - 8 p.m. every day.

16th Istanbul Biennial unveils title

The 16th Istanbul Biennial's title and conceptual framework was announced by the curator Nicolas Bourriaud at a press conference on Dec. 11. Organized by the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (İKSV) and sponsored by Koç Holding, the 16th Istanbul Biennial will take place between Sept. 14 and Nov. 10, 2019.
