NEW YORK -- The UN Security Council will hold a session on Thursday dedicated to the situation in Kosovo, which will be attended by Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic.

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon's quarterly report will be presented by UNMIK chief Farid Zarif.

Chapter opening depends on Brussels agreement

PRIŠTINA -- A UN Security Council session on Kosovo that was scheduled to take place on November 13 has been postponed.

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon was to present his regular quarterly report on the situation in Kosovo.

According to the UN website, the meeting will not be held on Thursday.
