BELGRADE - The 10th Kustendorf Film and Music Festival will kick off at Drvengrad in Mokra Gora, western Serbia, on Saturday, with its competitive programme to feature 22 short films by young authors.

Turkish director Reha Erdem received the Special Jury Prize at the Venice International Film Festival, organizers announced on Sept. 10.
