The retrial of Jovica Stanisic and Franko Simatovic, two former leaders of the Serbian State Security Service, SDB, for crimes in Croatia and Bosnia continues on Tuesday.

As the retrial of former security chiefs Jovica Stanisic and Franko Simatovic began in The Hague, prosecutors said they were “key participants” in a joint criminal enterprise to dominate parts of Croatia and Bosnia.
ICTY Orders Stanisic and Simatovic Back To Jail Before Retrial
A United Nations court on May 22 ordered two former Serbian state security officials to be held in jail until their retrial starts next month.
The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) said it has asked Serbia's Ministry of Internal Affairs to return Jovica Stanisic, 66, and his deputy, Franko Simatovic, 67, to the UN Detention Unit in The Hague by May 30.

Former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak to be released, says lawyer
Hosni Mubarak, who was overthrown as president of Egypt in an uprising in 2011, will be released from detention in a military hospital, the public prosecutor ruled on March 13, his lawyers and judicial sources said.
"He will go to his home in Heliopolis," Mubarak's lawyer Farid El Deeb said, adding the ageing former president would likely be released on March 14 or soon after.
