Only 1,470 of the 65,000 public schools across Turkey have libraries, the head of a librarians association has said.

Libraries across Turkey contained nearly 69.3 million books as of the end of 2018, the country's statistical authority reported on July 11.

The Metropolitan Library is launching for the fourth year the " Library in the Mountain 2019" campaign, informs stolica.bg

The mountain challenge of the Metropolitan Library will begin on May 31st.
