A technology-savvy Turkish shepherd in western Turkey uses a drone to herd his around 600 goats.
Cemil Çoban is an unusual shepherd in the Bodrum district of Muğla province as he takes his drone with him every morning when he rides on his motorcycle to herd his goats in the rural area.

Following a ban of horse-drawn carriages in the Princes' Islands, an archipelago of nine islands off the coast of Istanbul, the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality bought nearly 1200 horses and rehomed over 800 last year.

Turkey's poultry production slipped in 2020
Turkey's chicken meat production was over 2.1 million tons in 2020, according to data released by the country's statistical authority on Feb. 11.
The figure marked a 0.1 percent fall on an annual basis, TÜİK said in a statement.
The number of slaughtered chickens was down 0.5 percent to 1.2 billion.

Villagers in Central Anatolia live in ‘fear of lion’
Villagers living in the Central Anatolian province of Çorum's Bayat district have been living in fear of a "lion" for a while.
Since their livestock has been destroyed by an unknown wild animal recently, those living in Emirhalil village claim that it was a lion that was attacking the herds.
