Father’s Wartime Disappearance Motivates Kosovo’s Missing Persons Chief
The new head of Kosovo's Missing Persons Commission, Andin Hoti, understands the pain of losing a loved one in wartime - his father disappeared during the Kosovo conflict in 1999 and his body has never been found.

After a meeting with political representatives of Albanians from the south of central Serbia, Hoti said that Pristina has the right to retaliate against Belgrade for every measure that, as it claims, Belgrade applies, Voice of America reports.
