A national cybersecurity authority will be created with a bill to protect the public sector, as well as private companies in sectors such as the manufacturing and distribution of chemicals and food products.

The recently appointed Education Minister, Kyriakos Pierrakakis, has affirmed his dedication to pushing for a review of Article 16 in the Greek Constitution, which currently prohibits the establishment of private universities. "Article 16 is an anachronism, and we are determined to change it," he said during an interview with Skai radio on Monday.

A caretaker government led by a judge and with non-politicians at the crucial posts will be sworn in Thursday.

Ahead of the upcoming elections on Sunday, May 21, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is scheduled to visit the Athens suburb of Zografou Monday. Later in the evening, at 7 p.m., Mitsotakis will address a New Democracy event at the Nikos Kazantzakis Theatre in Iraklio, Crete.
