Mali: EIB to provide 76 mln euros for educational projects, water transport
BELGRADE - EIB Global has approved 45 mln euros for two educational projects in Serbia and 31 mln for water transport, and Finance Minister Sinisa Mali says the 76 mln euro aid will go to investments to modernise educational institutions as well as to further renovation and development of infrastructure.
Greece signs agreement with EIB on €900 mln funding
The European Investment Bank (EIB) and Greek authorities on Thursday announced new financing agreements, worth 900 million euros in total, that will support priority investments in high-impact, large-scale projects across the country, focused on the green and digital transitions.
EIB for PPC Renewables projects in Western Macedonia
The European Investment Bank announced on Wednesday it is committing 28.5 million euros in financing for the Public Power Corporation Group's renewable energy arm, to help support the construction of three solar farms.
The EIB financing will reach a maximum amount of €35 million over the coming months.
World Bank announces new director for Türkiye
J. Humberto Lopez has been announced as the World Bank's country director for Türk,iye to replace Auguste T. Kouame, who recently completed a three-year term.
Lopez, a Spanish national, will lead the World Bank's Program and Portfolio supporting the government of Türkiye to further its development agenda, the World Bank said in a press release yesterday.

Montenegro Seeks Cash to Build Highway’s Second Phase

Panelsan secures loan from EBRD, TSKB
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) said yesterday that it is facilitating access to finance for insulation panels producer Panelsan through a risk-sharing facility with Türkiye Sinai Kalkinma Bankasi (TSKB), the Industrial Development Bank of Turkey.
