Bayburt’s Baksı Museum has opened the new season with an exhibition titled “Sculpture Road to Miro.”
The museum was earlier awarded the Council of Europe Museum Prize 2014 and won the right to display Joan Miro’s sculpture “Femme aux beaux seins” (The Woman with Beautiful Breasts) throughout the year.

Borusan Contemporary opens the summer with an exclusive exhibition to open on June 14.

The annual Night of Museums in Romania will involve exhibitions, dance and theatre performances, concerts and films in events all across the country, according to the official website for the event.

Thousands of Romanians are expected to attend the events, hearing hitherto little-known stories of different objects in the museums.

The boss of Bosnia's National Museum says the embattled institution, which was shut because of its debts more than a year ago, will not reopen simply because the Federation entity government has promised it some money - but only when months of owed salaries are paid.
