Mutual legal assistance treaty

BELGRADE - Serbian and Italian Justice Ministers Nela Kuburovic and Andrea Orlando on Thursday signed two bilateral agreements on international legal assistance that will also facilitate Serbia's EU accession.

BELGRADE - The Serbian government adopted at Sunday's session a bill on confirming an agreement between Serbia and Turkey on mutual legal assistance in civil and commercial matters.

The government also adopted a bill on confirming an agreement between the two countries on legal assistance in criminal matters and a bill on confirming an extradition agreement between Serbia and Turkey.
