Azerbaijani soldier killed by Armenian gunfire: Baku
An Azerbaijani soldier was killed in border clashes with Armenian forces, according to a statement from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense on Feb. 21.
The clashes erupted on early Feb. 21 between Armenian and Azerbaijani soldiers when an Armenian reconnaissance unit tried to cross the front line into southern Azerbaijan, the statement said.

PARIS -- Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said after meeting with French counterpart Laurent Fabius that Serbia "has France's full support on the European road."
"The support is not absent even when it comes to the Serbian presidency of the OSCE," Dacic added.

France says Armenia, Azerbaijan to hold more talks on Nagorno-Karabakh
Armenian and Azeri leaders have agreed to pursue talks over the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region after resuming direct contacts at a meeting in Paris on Monday, the French government said.

Germanyâs Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier visited both countries last week after a sharp escalation in violence over the disputed region in recent months as war raged in Ukraine.
