Jarry takes down Tsitsipas to face Paul for spot in Rome final
Chilean 21st seed Nicolas Jarry fought back from a set down to beat world number eight Stefanos Tsitsipas 3-6 7-5 6-4 and reach the Italian Open semi-finals on Thursday.
Jarry, who fought off 11 of 13 break points faced in the match, will next play American 14th seed Tommy Paul on Friday in his first ATP Masters 1000 semi-final.
Serbia's Lajovic knocked out of Adelaide ATP tournament
ADELAIDE - Serbia's Dusan Lajovic is out of the Adelaide tennis tournament after a 7-5, 4-6, 6-3 defeat to Czech Jiri Lehecka in the second round on Wednesday.
Lehecka won after two hours and 20 minutes of play and will face Chilean Nicolas Jarry in the quarter-finals.
Grigor Dimitrov Dropped out from the Tournament in Barcelona
The best Bulgarian tennis player Grigor Dimitrov lost 6:2, 4:6, 6:7(2) from Nicolás Jarry (Chile) in the third round of the ATP 500 category in Barcelona.
This was the first match between Dimitrov and Jarry, who was placed under No. 13, and who is currently in 81st place in the world rankings.
