Slovenia sinks in Corruption Perceptions Index
Slovenia has fallen in the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI), which measures perceived levels of corruption in the public sector. It scored 56 out of 100 points last year, the lowest so far although it has kept 41st spot among 180 countries, level with Italy, Georgia and Czechia.

Palestine thanks Turkey for medical aid
Medical aid from Turkey came at a time when the government needed it the most, Palestinian Authority's deputy foreign minister said April 30.
"This help meets the needs of Palestine in a critical period when the Palestinian budget is inadequate and the economy is negatively affected by the coronavirus outbreak," Ahmad ed-Dijk told Anadolu Agency.

Greece drops eight positions in world corruption index
Greece fell eight places in Transparency International's Corruption Perceptions Index last year, dropping to 67th position from 59th in 2017.
