Moscow's First Channel published a video from Donetsk tonight, which, according to the commander of the reconnaissance units of the Army of the Donetsk People's Republic, reveals a plan on how the Ukrainian army should regain, i.e. occupy the territories it lost in 2014 and 2015 after the conflict in the east of the country.

"According to our information, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are carrying out activities that we consider preparations for offensive operations," Basurin wrote on the Telegram channel of the DNR militia.

Until then, Minister Shoygu should be summoned to the main administration of that service for the Donetsk and Luhansk regions in Mariupol for further processing, "Sputnik" reported.
According to the Ukrainian newspaper "Glavkom", the Russian minister is accused of being responsible, among other things, for "the formation of illegal armed formations".

The statement reads that the total number of Russian troops stationed on the borders of Ukraine and Crimea includes up to 110.000 soldiers, up to 1.300 tanks, 3.700 armored vehicles, up to 1.300 artillery systems, including up to 380 missile systems.

In response, the Ukrainian defence ministry has called on reservist soldiers to attend training sessions and has conducted defensive military drills near Crimea. Kyiv says that 28 of its soldiers have already been killed this year.

The Novorossiya Movement, an organisation run by notorious Russian army veteran Igor Strelkov, has given Serbian citizen Stevan Milosevic its 'Protector of Novorossiya' award for fighting on the pro-Russian separatist side in the conflict in eastern Ukraine.

Although the conflict between government forces and Russian-backed separatists in the Donetsk and Luhansk areas of the eastern Donbas region is still ongoing, human rights experts believe that it is high time to address the conflict-related problems that have arisen in Ukraine and to develop mechanisms that can be used once the conflict ends.
