A man, 46, was found dead in his home in Nea Smyrni, Athens, on Friday afternoon with stab wounds to the abdomen and neck.
The autopsy confirmed that the man's death was the result of criminal activity.
His sister, who is mentally disabled, discovered the body and alerted the authorities.
