Winemakers in Cyprus to get EU cash
Cyprus will provide viticulturists and winemakers with more than 22 million euros of support from European Union funds by October 2023 through the National Plan for the wine sector, the island's Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and the Environment Petros Xenophontos said.

Viet Nam News: Bulgarian Wines to be Presented in Hà Nội
A festival will be organised in Hà Nội with the aim of introducing Bulgarian wine to Asia. The special beverage holds a significant place in Bulgarian culture, habits and traditions, Vietnam News reported.
The Taste of Bulgarian Wine Association and the Bulgarian Embassy in Hà Nội have worked together to organise the event for the first time in Việt Nam.

About 60 exhibitors to take part in Vinofest in Vrsac
VRSAC - Vinofest, an international wine fair that will be held for the 10th time in Vrsac, northeastern Serbia, on March 20-21, will bring together about 60 exhibitors displaying over 200 different wines and draw some 2,000 or more visitors.
EU to Grant Bulgaria EUR 133 M of Vine-Growing Subsidies
Bulgaria will receive EUR 133 M from the European Union, which will subsidize vine-growing and wine production under a new operational program.
Krasimir Koev, who heads Bulgaria's Vine and Wine Agency, said that the new program was signed Wednesday, the website Expert.bg reported.
Upon receiving EU funds, new vines are to be planted across Bulgaria.
Wine festival kicks off on Kopaonik
KOPAONIK - Winterfest, a three-day wine, gastronomy and viticulture conference with an emphasis on wine tourism, kicked off on the Kopaonik mountain in southern Serbia on Thursday.
