Sailors from 11 countries compete in 23rd Bosphorus Cup

The 23rd Bosphorus Cup, one of the world's premier sailing events that transformed Istanbul's Bosphorus Strait into a dynamic theater of sails, took place from Sept. 19 to 22.

The competition saw the participation of over 1,000 sailors from 11 countries, including Bulgaria, Switzerland, the UAE, Russia and the United Kingdom.

Restoration of historic Ottoman mansions completed in Istanbul

The restoration of two iconic Ottoman-era mansions, the Fehime Sultan and Hatice Sultan mansions, also known as Sultan Palaces, located in Ortaköy along the Bosphorus, has been successfully completed.

The palaces, which are considered architectural gems of Istanbul, underwent an extensive restoration process to preserve their historical significance and grandeur.

Consumers show mixed response to restaurant boycott call

The call for a boycott of restaurants and cafes due to exorbitant price increases has received a mixed response from consumers and business owners over the weekend.

Social media users initiated the boycott, which was scheduled to take place on April 20-21, to express their discontent with rising prices.
