Over 50 pct of Turkish youth express happiness: Data
Some 15 percent of Türkiye's population was made up of young people in the 15-24 age group in 2023, with more than half of its 12.8 million young people expressing satisfaction with their lives, shows data by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK).

The rate of Turkish people aged 18 and above declaring themselves happy reached 52.7 percent in 2023, indicating an approximately 3 percent increase compared to the previous year, according to a survey by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK).

Bulgarians are happier and more satisfied compared to 2018, and the share of those who think that their happiness depends entirely on themselves is increasing. This is shown by a study by the marketing consulting and research agency BluePo!nt, dedicated to the happiness of Bulgarians.

Ljubljana – Slovenians seem to be increasingly unhappy with the situation in the society, suggests a poll conducted by Valicon. As many as 58% of respondents said they were not happy with the situation, which is more than last June and more than before the epidemic. They are also more pessimistic about the future.
