Man missing for over a week found dead
A 76-year-old man, who had been declared missing since November 21, has been found dead after passing through the Kakavia road border crossing from southern Albania into northwestern Greece.
His corpse was discovered by a Pogoni village local approximately 200 meters from the Greek national highway, at the Delvinaki location, state broadcaster ERT reported.

A 38-year-old man was arrested on Monday on drug smuggling charges after police found 51 kilograms of marijuana in his car in the region of Pogoni in Ioannina, northwestern Greece.
According to reports, the suspect - an Albanian national - was arrested after a car chase which began after he refused to stop when signaled to do so by police.
