Attempts to create a "Greater Albania" have been a topic of conversation as Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic met with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

United Russia and its leader and President of Russia Vladimir Putin support Aleksandar Vucic.
This was announced on Thursday by the SNS party, led by Vucic, Serbia's prime minister and candidate in the April 2 presidential elections.
Putin Orders Special Commission To Investigate TU-154 Crash
Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his condolences to the relatives of the people who died in the plane crash near the shores of Sochi, reported TASS.
The head of state has ordered PM Dmitry Medvedev to form a special commission which will investigate the tragic incident with the TU-154 of the military ministry.
Putin Congratulates Trump on US Election Victory
Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Donald Trump on his result in the US Election.
In a cable quoted by the Kremlin's press office, he has expressed hope to work with Trump to bring Moscow-Washington relations out of the crisis.
Putin has also wished that global issues and challenges should be addressed in a joint manner after Trump becomes president.

BELGRADE - Renowned Hollywood actor and martial arts master Steven Seagal has become a Russian citizen.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has decreed to grant US actor Steven Seagal Russian citizenship, a decree published on the Kremlin website said Thursday.
"Naturalize in Russia Seagal Steven Frederic, born April 10, 1952 in the United States of America," the decree reads.

President Pavlopoulos to visit Moscow
President of Hellenic Republic Prokopis Pavlopoulos will visit Moscow on January 14-15 following an invitation by the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration that will be grant him an honorary degree.
Mr. Pavlopoulos will also meet with the President Vladimir Putin on January 15.

Putin approves sanctions on Turkey after jet downing
Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a document Nov. 28 that introduces sharp economic sanctions on Turkey, which include banning Turkish employment in the country, according to a statement by the Kremlin press service.
