Nadal topples birthday boy Tsitsipas in Toronto final
Rafael Nadal ended the red-hot run of Greek upstart Stefanos Tsitsipas with a 6-2 7-6(4) win on Sunday that gave the Spanish top seed his fourth Rogers Cup championship.
Tsitsipas, who was contending the Masters 1000 title on his 20th birthday after four consecutive wins over top-10 players in Toronto, threw all he had at Nadal but was ultimately unable to beat the world number one.

Greek teen Stefanos Tsitsipas became the youngest player to beat four straight top-10 players in an event since the ATP World Tour was established in 1990, outlasting Kevin Anderson 6-7 (4), 6-4, 7-6 (7) on Saturday to reach the Rogers Cup final.
Tsitsipas stuns Zverev to keep dream alive in Toronto
Greek tyro Stefanos Tsitsipas' dream run at the Rogers Cup continued on Friday as the teenager toppled defending champion Alexander Zverev 3-6 7-6(11) 6-4 to reach the semi-finals in Toronto.
The win over world number three Zverev looked unlikely when the 19-year-old dropped the first set and fell behind 2-5 in the second.

Thiem finishes off Tsitsipas to reach third round
Austrian Dominic Thiem returned to Court 18 to finish off Greek teenager Stefanos Tsitsipas and reach the French Open third round for the third consecutive year on Thursday.
The seventh seed was leading 6-2 2-6 6-4 2-2 when the battle of the single-handed backhands was suspended because of bad light the previous day.

Grigor Dimitrov was Eliminated in Round 2 of the Masters in Madrid
Grigor Dimitrov lost his first match at the Madrid Masters Series in Madrid (€ 6.2m). Bulgaria's best tennis player started from the second round against Milos Raonic (Canada) and lost with 5:7, 6:3, 3:6 after almost two hours of play at the Aranci Sanchez court.
This was the second defeat of a 5 games against the Yugoslav-born Canadian.

Milos Raonic will compete with Grigor Dimitrov in the second round of the Masters Series in Madrid with a prize fund of 6.2 million euros.
He beat Nicholas Kicker (Argentina) with 6: 3, 6: 2 in 1:16 hours.

The best Bulgarian tennis player Grigor Dimitrov started perfectly his participation in the Barcelona ATP500 tennis tournament with a prize of 2 510 900 euros.
The fifth in the world rankings Dimitrov was in the first round as the number two in the main circuit and today reached his first clay victory over the 33-year-old Frenchman Gilles Simon - 6:2, 6:1 in 1 hour and 22 minutes.

Grigor Dimitrov Reached the Quarter-finals in Monte Carlo
Grigor Dimitrov qualified for the 1/4-finals of the Masters series in Monte Carlo (€ 4.87 million). In the third round of the Clay race, the Bulgarian overcame Philipp Kohlschreiber (Ger) with 4:6, 6:3, 6:4 after nearly two and a half hours of Cort de Paris.
Dimitrov's rival on the 1/4-finals will be his pairing partner David Goffin.
