Three lion cubs born in Bulgaria's Razgrad zoo are to be sold by closed public tender at a starting price of BGN 1,800, Bulgarian Telegraph Agency informs.
The Razgrad Municipal Council will make the final decision on whether to sell the cubs at its forthcoming meeting on October 28.
